SCOTT M. FANNING

SCOTT M. FANNING, P.E., PRESIDENT, PROJECT MECHANICAL ENGINEER/CONSULTANT


QUALIFICATIONS:  Scott Fanning’s expertise includes VAV Mechanical Systems, Energy Recovery, Tight Temperature and Humidity Control, Archive Facilities Design, and Laboratory and Health Care Facilities in general. Scott is the Project Manager for the firm's largest projects and he supervises the production of construction documents for the engineering disciplines. He has demonstrated the ability to produce plans and specifications under time and construction cost constraints. Scott is a graduate of Texas Tech University (BSME 1982) and is a licensed mechanical and electrical engineer. Scott is a member of the Academy of Mechanical Engineers and is on the design faculty in the Mechanical Engineering Department at Texas Tech University. Scott is active in ASHRAE as chapter president, and serves on TC1.7 Business, Management & General Legal Education.


Scott was awarded the TSPE South Plains Chapter “Engineer of the Year” for 2018.
